So, I was first introduced to this group in 2005. I can't exactly remember the club we were at, but a friend from Morehouse took me to see Jaspects and Janelle Monae perform there. It was the best night ever! I fell in love with these guys, all AUC students at the time, their sound really touched my soul. Its jazz but its funky and, well you just see for yourself. If you choose to follow them as I have, you will find them performing all over Atlanta all the time!
